Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, lima beans, corn, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the flavors have melded.

Stir in the parsley and serve.


Tips:


For a vegetarian Brunswick stew, substitute 1 pound of chopped mushrooms for the ground beef.
